Can the Files Manager be set up to automatically alphabetize a new file?
It would save me a lot of time to not have to scroll through the queue every time to find a file.
And I don't see a place to type in a file name and call it up.

Our plan with this in the near future is to have the file you uploaded be at the beginning of the list, so it would sort by date soonest first.
Would this work for you?

Re: Files Manager alphabetization
Having the most recent file at the top of the queue would be some improvement, because I would no longer need to scroll to the bottom every time something is added.
But alphabetizing would be the best way to quickly find something that might have been added weeks or months ago. Scrolling though the list to find something that may or may NOT be in there really slows things down.

Steve, you shouldn't need special permissions to filter the files. Can you please attach a screenshot of what your screen looks like?

I am very curious about the search function too. I haven't been able to get it to work to look for a specific contact. Also, can the contacts in the view all page be alpha as well? Right now they are listed oldest to newest in terms of when they were added and it is really difficult to find a specific contact if you can't remember their tag.
Also, I would attach the screenshot from the error message in the prior post if I knew how in this format... I'm not skilled in computer language... :?
Thank you PAIGE!!

Kim, it is super easy to search your contacts using AllProWebTools, this forum post explains it!Kcaster2202 wrote:I am very curious about the search function too. Hi Paige. No, I can't send a screenshot.
So can I call up things in the File Manager or do I still have to scroll endlessly through them?
What am I doing wrong in getting this thing figured out? And do I have the "permissions" it says I need?

So now it's Friday and I have not had a reply to my Wednesday question.
If you can't reply via this "forum," then can I get a call from you to explain things?
