We have clients who have multiple "status" that should be assigned.
Eg: Staff A -following up status on recently applied for policy NOW
Staff B - needs to call regarding Dental insurance in FEBRUARY
Staff C - needs to follow up regarding IRA in JULY
Staff A needs to check for commissions paid in 45 days.
Would be great to have these stack - multiple account managers and "Status" per account.
Does this make sense?

We will definitely look into adding multiple statuses and account managers.
In the meantime, I would suggest using the tagging system for your contacts. Each contact can have as many tags as needed, and you can have a list of possible tags as long as you need as well. When you visit "Contacts->View All" you will also be able to sort your contact list by tags.
