We're looking to add SKU # to all of our inventory, so when we sell product we can scan the SKU # on the packaging and it'll autofill under products, but the product search when adding products to an order doesn't search the SKU field, is this on purpose? Or is their a better way of doing this that we're not aware of?

When viewing the product list, you can search by SKU# in the search box there, but that may not be useful for what you are trying to do.
We will certainly consider adding the SKU# as a way to find products on the New Order page, and if anyone else would like the ability to do this, please let us know below!
