We have 600 products currently (for customers to download) and we have about 2,000 more to add. There is no system to organize this in Manage Images and Files. In the past, I tried to put these in folders but the links broke. I would like to put these in folders before it gets out of hand. Please help.

Could you help me understand your end goal a little more, please?
Are you referring to images, or your products?
As I understand it, you'd like to categorize your products by separating them in different folders, is this correct?
Is this so that customers can view them in different categories, or for a different reason?
