Hello,
I believe that we desperately need a way to have developers and providers be notified when one of their client's websites is experiencing a problem, such as being spammed through the contact forms. We need to know things that are happening on the site. As it is now, errors are being missed as we are not being notified of them.

Thanks for the suggestion, we will certainly look into adding that into a future version of AllProWebTools.
In the meantime, Alerts are all sent to the Company Contact Email set under Setttings->Company Information. So I would suggest asking your client to setup a forwarding rule in their email account, that can send the alert emails to you. If the rule filters based on the from address and forwards any emails from "[email protected]" to your email account that you monitor, that should make sure you see any alerts that your clients see!
