Tracking who downloaded files, and starting/stopping campaigns based on that

My business group and I recently started offering downloadable audios as products on our APWT-hosted site, and it would be great if AllProWebTools could track which contacts downloaded which files. If it could also add tags and start/stop email campaigns based on whether a person downloaded the file, that would be even better!
