When Going Live, change links in email

Hello,
Every time I release a website, I am forced to go through every email and change the link from the old link to the new one - this part never gets changed.
Can there please be a way that when a site gets released, the links in the emails that are pointing to the older dev site domain be automatically fixed so they are going to the new domain? This is a very time consuming process to fix the links.
