Workflow Timeline Enhancement

It would be very helpful to be able to "pin" notes to the top of the workflow timeline under a specific contact. This way, we could make sure that hyper-important notes stay visible at the top. And if it is a toggle feature, then we could release the pin when the notes no longer are hyper-important.
