Sales pipeline removing notification

We would like to be able to take someone out of the notification for call back status without having to remove account manager. Could we have it work in the way that you can choose to either select a callback date or to "make dormant" ?

The way we handle this currently is setting the date in the future (like a year). But I can see how this is not an ideal solution for everyone, I have added the ability to clear the Callback date in version 4.0

Do we now have the ability to remove something form the pipeline report? All we can do now is make it a low and put a future date in... Unable to remove the date

Not from the pipeline report, but you can go to the contact's CRM record and clear the Followup Time there by clicking the cancel button next to the Followup Time date.
