Sorting Orders

Post by Abell1775 »

Is there another way to sort our orders by state other than printing out an entire list from excel?

Thanks.

At this time there is not a way to do this, however what a wonderful suggestion!

Can you explain further what you are trying to accomplish so we can meet your needs in the future?

We are trying to find all the orders and print the invoices that are from Idaho for tax reasons.

Could you please add Idaho sales tax (6%) to the system, as our customers have not been charged and need to be for tax purposes?

Thanks.

Thank you for explaining your needs, we do in fact have a report like what you're looking for! It can be found under Reports > Accounting > Sales Tax Liability, this report shows all orders and thee state they are to be taxed to.

To setup a taxes for Idaho:
  1. go to Store > Tax Rates
  2. under "Select" choose "state"
  3. for "Tax Rate" type in .06
  4. under "State" choose "ID"
  5. click "Save"
  6. click "Offline" on the tax rate to turn on auto tax calculations

At the top right of Reports > Accounting > Sales Tax Liability there is a download button, if you click this it will export the data into a csv you can open in Microsoft Excel.

For the entire years worth of orders be sure to check the date range at the top of AllProWebTools, so that is set to the year you wish to report on.

Customer Sales Address List

Post by Desiree1775 »

I need to print all the sales of customers with their address from June 2015 till now. I am looking for Idaho sales, for tax purposes. I printed the sales tax liability info but it does not show all customers or Idaho.

Perhaps if you go to Store->View Orders, there is a button titled Download Orders CSV. Make sure the date selector at the top right is set to the correct date range, and you can download a spreadsheet of all the orders in that date range.

If this is not what you need, could you give me some more details on exactly what information you need other than the address for each individual order?
