Is there any way for us to set up a notification where we get an email whenever an abandoned cart occurs?
I think I could set up a campaign, and have sales@ cc'd whenever the email gets sent, but then the customer would get the email as well. I would rather that we get one every time an abandon happens rather than only the one email when a customer gets added to the campaign. Is this possible?

There are currently no email notifications available for abandoned carts. The recommended method now is to go to the Dashboard Timeline and you can filter the timeline to view only abandoned carts.
