Aloha!
How am I able to tell if our email notifying a customer that their order has been shipped was actually emailed to the customer? When I look at the customer's profile I am only seeing the new order and then that an email was sent confirming that the order has been received....there is no second email update for order ##### notifying of shipping. I've had the customers check their spam and junk folders.

ok great! Is there a way to get the confirmation shipping email to show up in a customers profile feed so we can see if it''s been sent and if they opened like our other emails?

You can be assured that the system automatically sends out the shipping emails every time. I do understand that it would be handy to see when they open it, so we will try to work that in to a future release.
