order number 48513 is dated 11/8/2019 and order number 51120 is dated 3/8/2020.

It appears that the autoship will generate a new order tonight 7/7/2020 which will be dated 7/8/2020 (due to timezone differences between HST and MDT). Please let us know if the order is not created.

Ok great the order processed through last night.....follow up question though...since the date for the "next ship was July 6th" why did it not process then? I know a couple of years ago you added the feature to the customer profile for us to be able to cancel or amend the next shipping date without having to email AllProWebTools support to do it. So when a customer needs to shift an autoship date we have been clicking on "edit" and changing the "next charge" date to the date the customer requests. We never had an issue with it not triggering on the updated date until this order....so do we now need to change the frequency date to match the "next charge" and then change it again once it triggers to the frequency a customer actually wants?

Also the autoship for buyer 14493 triggered but it did not email him an invoice?

Hi!
Any feedback on how the process for us changing the date for an autoship has been updated? What we had done previously didn't work with the order above so want to make sure I understand the proper steps we are now to follow when a customer needs to change the date of an autoship? I have two more autoships that I need to change the dates on quickly as they are coming up but have been waiting to hear back on how to complete this properly on version 5.4. thank you!

autoships not processing on correct day

Post by Steve173 »

We've been noticing autoships are processing anywhere from one to three days after what is set up in the system for it to trigger to process. For example buyer ID# 38253 has an autoship for every 100 days, the system shows the next date as 7/13/2022....however today is now 7/14 and no autoship has proccessed...what's going on?

Order ID# 64647 appears to be the order you are looking for. It was created on July 14 2022 10:58:18 pm.

There are several factors which can affect when the new order is created. These include the autoship cut off time and timezone differences between HST and MDT.

Ok so how do we set the autoship cut off time? On the autoship scheduler it just allows use to adjust the date and the frequency. We are currently 4 hours behind MDT. In the past until the last couple of months our autoships typically processed between 10pm and 11:59pm HST on the date that should in the autoship schedule....now they are processing any where from one to three days later than the date. Would be ideal if we set our autoship cut off time for processing at 6am on the date the order is scheduled to process so that way the order for the customer actually ships that day and not the next.

We have made some adjustments in an effort to make the order dates more consistent. Please report back here if you continue to see issues.

Autoships are not processing again on their scheduled dates. Both should have triggered and processed yesterday 10/22. Really not sure how the time difference between Hawaii and Mountain is causing this as we are only 4 hours behind Mountain time. It's now 10/23 and nearly 24 hours past when the autoships should have processed. Please advise what we can do to get these to process as we need to ship them out. Even the autoship details still show the next order should process 10/22/22 but that's in the past now. Buyer #12757 and Buyer #38253.

Once the re-order date of 9/22/2022 had expired, the orders were generated the following day as the system was designed to operate. Your patience is appreciated as the system creates your Autoship orders once the Autoship date has expired.
