Starting September 1st 2018, AllProWebTools will now be offering free SSL certificates to it's subscribers (previously this was offered at a cost of $5 / month).  SSL is also sometimes referred to as "https" - really it just means that the connection from your website to your customer is secured so that no one else can see what is being sent between your website and your customer.

SSL is what puts the lock in your web browser and displays the word "secure".  Here is how it looks:

But why do I need SSL for my website?

Think about when someone visits your website and enters in their email address so that you can send them your newsletter, without SSL, it would be possible for someone to get that email address and send SPAM to your customer.  This can get even more serious when someone is entering their credit card or some other sensitive information on your website.  It is up to you, the business owner, to provide a safe environment for your customers.

You must be hosting your website with AllProWebTools.
