I am able to create a dictionary term on my end by:
1) Name the term
2) Put in the override URL
3) Put in more description
4) Then, click on the Save button

You can go to the email template editor on AllProWebTools and click on the "< >" button to view HTML.
Then you can copy and paste the HTML of your email into the "Source Code" window and click save

Today I did a screenshare with the customer and she showed me that the colors were saved on her Laptop but they were NOT saved on her Desktop.

Both her laptop and desktop have the save version of Chrome and MacOS

I just went ahead and checked your account, It looks like everything is fine and set up correctly! You can turn them on now as you'd like and each campaign will pick up where it left off.

You can use the prospecting pools feature to keep adding leads into a campaign. By doing this you can surpass the threshold number of your campaign.

Hey Kelly! I went ahead into your account and found out that the "From Email" address still hasn't been updated yet.


To update the "From Email" address, you can go to "Settings" then "Company Information".
Once you edit your "From Email" address please click save.

You have configured your campaign to wait 4 days before sending the next email.
Your next email send is currently scheduled for November 20th.

From the webpage editing screen:

Step1: click on the button to be changed
Step2: Enter a new style called "background-color" with a value equal to the hex color code you desire.
Step3: Save your changes

If you want to add 689 contacts, you can put them into a new tag.

The system looks at the total number of contacts in the tag and will not allow it to be added if it is over the limit.
