email address valid but showing red x

Aloha! I just updated the email address on buyer 27822 and the red x is showing immediately next to it....the email address is valid as I've been corresponding with him via it....I tried to reverify by click the green check but it still shows the red x....he wants to make sure he receives our emails...

Order #48160 has two PayPal card payments that processed through. Should I click the void button on the order screen next to one of the charges? Or should I log in to our PayPal account directly and refund one of the charges?

"AE" is missing from the state drop down menu for our customers to select. We have a few customers at military bases abroad and they are able to input APO but cannot select "AE" for the state. If you can make this an option again that would be great! thanks!

ok one more :) Our password reset email didn't get updated when our system upgraded to latest version....how to we get the color scheme to match our other emails like the invoice and shipping notifications. Also the password one just says "my logo" and on the bottom "my company" ...

Can you please take a look at order #41648 buyer #32489. Shes used her welcome coupon that is for 10% and it somehow gave her approx 67% off. Her order total was $87.05 and she saved $59.18 :/

Aloha! Buyer 31414 received welcome coupon A884396643 that expires 9/26/18. When she types it in and click apply she gets the error message "The coupon code entered (2days) has expired or was entered incorrectly." I just double checked and tried to use her code and also got the coupon code...
