Buyer 14493 has an autoship for every 120 days....it should have processed through yesterday 7/06/2020 however nothing happened...please advise.....he emailed today as he never saw his email confirmation and when I check sure enough nothing processed.....please advise how to fix this? MER is the report we pull in the AllPro console by going to Reports > Monthly Reports with the dates set for June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020. It pulls a number of stats for the specific month with "Net sales dollars" being first on the report. The Sales total reflected in our June Report does not matc...

Hi Brad! Just letting you know this is all resolved...We have a call with the google tag team later so couldn't wait any longer...I had to start a screenshare and Kayla fixed quickly so disregard unless google comes back and says the change is not going to comply with their value tracking.

Sorry I saw you gave instruction on how to add...I just did however it is displaying with a huge gap between the "company info" and the email....how do I fix this so it displays directly after the phone number with no gap?

Hi Kayla! Yes we understand all of this.....however it is Google's policy in order to have an active google merchant account, google shopping and run google ad campaigns is that your company email ID must be clearly displayed on your website homepage...how do we add it?

Thank you the box is back :) It is just showing "active" orders though and not also "inactive/cancelled" orders....for example I just cancelled one for buyer 12757 and it would normally move under "inactive" so we can reference their autoship history but now it's totally gone?
