not sure what is happening...the adjustments you just made are still in correct. Here is a screenshot circling exactly what is still wrong and in red text you will find what the correct number is for what processed on the credit charge.

oopsie just checked again and it's the line item numbers are getting even more incorrect, you now have the total as $25.36?

This is how the line items should read.
Noni fruit leather $29.00 -5.22 $23.78
Shipping $6.80 $0 $6.80
Total: $30.58

Sorry that's still incorrect. The total is $30.58 but the line item discount that was previously showing was correct. Invoice printing with incorrect total

Can you please look at order #65993. The order total is $30.58 and this is what processed via authorize.net, however when we print the invoice it is showing $23.78 as the total. Can you please correct this? thank you!

Yes it was the term "inflammation". It's still showing on just about every product page especially every noni fruit leather page and all of the icyheat noni lotions, sports lotions, and every blog that has the word inflammation it's still hyperlinked to the term which just takes you to our homepage ...

Ok just tried again and it is no longer saying "all contacts with invalid emails" but now it is saying "all contacts who have purchased recently"...we are not trying to tag just "recent" purchase contacts but the whole last 12 months which is not very recent....what's going on? Where in the system do we go to pull a file of buyers who have placed an order within a certain timeframe? Say last 6 months or last 1 year or last 2 years....I know Dave has done this for us in the past but I can't remember where to pull this?

Hi Tommie...we tried the shift key and refreshing multiple times and also tried the suggested commands in the blog you referenced...unfortunately none of those turned the text back to white or made our "create an account" link appear above the "login" link....please help.

I guess we should have been more specific...some customers are able to place an order if they are shopping directly on the website, those customers just can't access their "my account" to update their credit cards, addresses or change their password. The customers that cannot order are the customers...
