I need to print all the sales of customers with their address from June 2015 till now. I am looking for Idaho sales, for tax purposes. I printed the sales tax liability info but it does not show all customers or Idaho.

If I set all the products to, yes, taxable.....will it only charge ID tax? Did I change the settings correctly for ID Tax?

I want to make sure I am completing a refund correctly. #3327. I "0" out all the products for a full refund and for the shipping do I manually type in "0". When I did it showed 0 refund. I have not done a refund like this for a while and want to make sure I am doing it correctly. Thanks.

We are not able to void the order (just the shipping cost was returned) so the entire order needs refunded. So then we can create a new order and accept payment.

I input 4 Fulvic Iodine as an order. No other discounts, no free shipping......When I go to ship the order there is no place for shipping weight. Can you take a look at the order and let me know if we still need to void or can you adjust it on your end.

I entered Order #3182 I did not give free shipping. It needs to be adjusted as it does not look like it will print postage to ship.

This customer needed free shipping, but she didn't enter her coupon code in and was charged for shipping. So we went ahead and returned just her shipping and now it won't allow us to ship out her order or print the shipping label. What do we need to do?
