When you’re sending invoice by going to Marketing -> Email and send test email, there will be no order details since there’s no order attached to it.

To see order details, you can send invoice from the order.

You can email a copy of a receipt to yourself to view the order details.

You can also edit what is being viewed in the order details, here's how:

I attempted to export the tag "Unopened Generic Email 1" and was successful. The CSV file contained over 11K contacts. However, with that many contacts, exporting that tag did take longer than normal. I recommend allowing more time for the file to fully export.
