Looking into Sarah Cardwell's invoice list, there are 3 unpaid invoices for the same item for 3 different dates, at 3 different times, with 2 invoices showing the same price and the other showing a different price.

When you’re sending invoice by going to Marketing -> Email and send test email, there will be no order details since there’s no order attached to it.

To see order details, you can send invoice from the order.

I attempted to export the tag "Unopened Generic Email 1" and was successful. The CSV file contained over 11K contacts. However, with that many contacts, exporting that tag did take longer than normal. I recommend allowing more time for the file to fully export.

From what you customer is asking it seems like what she needs can be accomplished by creating a link on her website that redirects her customers to a landing page with links to everywhere she would like them to write a review. Similar to the email she sends but instead its a landing page.
