UPDATE:

Our support team has recently discovered an intermittent issue that was causing the zip code system to occasionally miss updating the city and state. This has now been corrected.

Without seeing the specific page that you are referring to, it is difficult to understand your issue fully. With the information that I have, I might suggest that you use inspect element to identify the Div class and use CSS to re-position the error message element to a different location on the page.

I do not believe there is a way to add an asterisk as you suggest. If ALL fields are required, would it be simpler to just state that "All Fields are Required" at the top of the form?

Thanks for the suggestion! We will certainly consider this for a future release. In the interim, the system will still work if you instruct your website visitors to submit the word "none" for any fields that you consider "optional".

This issue was ultimately resolved by manually creating the folder called "AllProWebTools" in the root of Google Drive BEFORE connecting it to the AllProWebTools account.
