Is editing a blog not compatible with a Mac? When we click to edit the blog the screen completely cuts off the left 1/3 of the blog and it's impossible to view what's there. Can you please look at order #63833. When we go to refund the shipping the item "S2" Priority Mail shipping is not showing as an "item" to be refunded...? All other orders we've checked where a customer paid for shipping lists the shipping as being able to be refunded....example look at order #63831...

Oops! An order from Great Britain made it through? Usually we get a email notification that we have a customer wanting to place an order and need to address the VAT....buyer #8804. Any ideas why this order didn't trigger the VAT feature?

A longtime customer is getting an access denied error message when trying to access our website. Is there any way to unblock her without her giving us the IP address? She for whatever reason says she is uncomfortable giving us the IP address.

When we go to settings >import/export and then look at the "tag" section the quantity in the "members" section is not accurate. Would be wonderful if you could create an option to toggle off/on an upsell offer. The function would be super convenient when we run a sale that offers a better deal than the upsell. This way we would toggle off the upsells during a greater sale and then toggle back on when the sale is over.

Can you please look at buyer 41003...her abandoned cart for $25.80 should have triggered to an order. The paypal payment was received nearly 4 hours ago. Paypal transaction ID 6AX83494F6170631X. Went to the PayPal IPN page and resent but AllProWebTools system still is not generating order.

any update on this? We did a screenshare with Tommie last week and he was going to get back to us.....the sales report does not calculate accurate stats...the gross and net fields are the exact same stats....the discount field is not being taken into account on the net.

Just ran the report and it's not pulling accurate numbers. I used last month 9/1/2021 thru 9/30/2021. It's showing a total number of orders for Sept as 424 orders. Great! Order #59737 is now in the queue....however there are now two orders from Sept 2019 when we had a tech issue with the shopping cart not charging customers correctly so orders were not generating...these two orders were manually shipped in 2019. How do we clear them ( order # 47696 and #47695)...
