Thanks for reporting this. There was a specific misconfiguration in your specific account regarding how your SSL certificate was setup. This issue has been corrected and now you should be able to follow the instructions provided earlier.

Go to "Settings" -> "Email" and click the 2nd tab over that says "SMTP Settings". You will see a red error message that indicates that you have not completed the DNS verification process.

Just click the green button that says "Verify DNS"

I went in to the "Manage images and files" area and I can see the PDFs are already uploaded in the root and also in the folder called "pdfs". I have not uploaded anything.

You can set one tag per signup box AND one tag per campaign - this means that you can actually utilize 2 different tags if you have a signup box connected to a campaign.

You will find the selector to assign the tag in both the signup box editor AND the campaign editor.

Try going to "Contacts" -> "Signup boxes" from the main menu and then choose the signup box that you are using. Make sure that the campaign dropdown is filled in with the campaign that you want to use.

When you go to edit a regular webpage in AllProWebTools, have you tried the drop down menu in the WYSIWYG editor that is labeled "Widgets"?

There are a number of options there that may do what you want.
