Team,
I am once again being told I am over the limit for my "Hot General Campaign" even though I have clearly not reached the limit as indicated. Please see attached. Every time this happens I am pushed back a day from being able to send out emails. Can we please fix the issue so that it does not happen again.

There is nothing attached to your post.
In the image below, the "Hot General Campaign" currently has 4916 contacts within it and you can add another 5084 contacts to the campaign. If a tag has more than the amount stated it will display "Over the Limit" next to the tag name. You can view your sending limit by going to Marketing and Reputation and on the left under the dial, this the amount of emails you can send, which is also the amount of contacts you can add into a single campaign.
However there are two ways to help:
1 - You can add an 8th action in your campaigns or make the very last action "Remove All Campaigns" so the system will remove everyone who has gone through all of your sequence. This will ensure contacts aren't sitting in your campaign that aren't being sent any emails.
2. - You can also create a duplicate campaign to add more contacts into a sequence.- Attachments

This image is showing that the current number of contacts in the campaign is: 4,917 (you can see it in the green bar on the left)
It goes on to explain that you can still add an additional: 5,083 contacts to the campaign.
4917 + 5083 = 10,000
The message is also providing the information that your current send limit is: 10,000
The tag named "Hot General for Recruiters" is indicating that there are 5,588 contacts in the tag.
4917 + 5588 = 10,505
You cannot add this tag to the campaign because it would put you over the current send limit of 10,000

Yes, your current hourly limit is 500. You have sent a total of 756 emails.
Once you send an additional 245 emails you will be moved into the next tier of 1,000 emails sent per hour. - Support Team

Something is wrong because its not allowing to send emails.
I try again this morning and it did not reset to allow me to send 500 email

My issue is that I want to send NEW EMAILS TODAY!!!!
But ALLPROWEBTOOL will not allow me to send new emails !!!
