Reputation Score of 20

Post by Jeff4304 »

Is it normal for my reputation score to be down to 20 if I'm ramping up somewhat aggressively? Also, out of my nearly 8000 sent emails so far, 7 have come back as spam complaints. That's borderline, right?

Does this look too aggressive?

Date Emails Sent
November 06 2021 1
November 09 2021 8
November 10 2021 82
November 14 2021 80
November 16 2021 164
November 17 2021 77
November 18 2021 178
November 20 2021 1,187
November 22 2021 1,797
November 24 2021 2,066
November 25 2021 99
November 26 2021 2,840

Thank you for providing a detailed explanation of your situation. This allows us to provide you with a more appropriate response.

Your email sending velocity is fine, you could actually increase it by 5x what you are currently sending.

However, your spam complaint rate is currently 7/8000, due to this, your reputation score of 20 is accurate. One more complaint and you will be at 8/8000 or 1/1000 and your score will drop to zero.

1/1000 is the threshold that will impact your ability to send future emails.

It is not the sending velocity that is a concern, it is the rate of people who receive your emails and subsequently click the "spam" button. The goal is to write your emails so that people choose to "opt-out" rather than click the "spam" button. You can also look into improving the quality of the list you are sending to. Should I remove all yahoo.com email addresses from my lists?

I'm trying to go through and delete all of my yahoo, comcast, and aol emails from my contacts and am having a difficult time filtering my contacts to show these. Doing a simple search in the search bar at the top is only giving me a handful of results.

The recommended solution is to use a suppression list as explained in this video:

You can sort the original CSV file that you originally uploaded to create the suppression list. You will not need to do any searching or deleting from inside your AllProWebTools account.

Thanks! That looks pretty straight forward! I’ll do that.
