Okay….I am totally confused!!!
Today I went to get a shipping price on my dazzle software….
I get an error….see attached
So then I looked at the passphrase in dazzle…it is the one I used last to log in to Endicia…
I then checked to see if I could login to Endicia….it wouldn’t work using the password I used last…
…and the same password in my password manager.
So then….I tried a test purchase…it showed shipping options.
I DID NOT change anything after putting in the correct Endicia password into password manager, that worked for Endicia then…
So I will call Endicia tomorrow…
Do you have any idea what to do or why this is happening??

The error message you have posted includes a phone number where you can get assistance with this issue.
After you receive assistance logging into Dazzle, please be sure to enter the exact same password that works for Dazzle onto this screen where it says "Endicia Password"

When I talked to Endicia they said there were several successful logins today.
Did you try to log in several times?
They suggested changing my password and try to log in several times and from different computers, which I did successfully.
I did not try to log in with the password I had in my password manager before changing it.
I put it in the new password in the password manager AND in the Settings on the Integration page.
Then I tried to buy postage, but it did not work.
Should I be able to do that?
