IMAP instructions not working

Hi. We are trying to sign into our admin email account and we are getting an error saying "unable to verify account name or password? Please help ....

so sorry we were not clear enough, we are not looking to sign into our email via webmail but rather mail on our Mac. Dave advised a few years ago to not use webmail but rather Mail or Outlook as they have far superior functions....We followed your IMAP instructions however we are getting the error message that the account name or password is unable to be verified?
