shipping rates

Hi! Trying to figure out where to check what our current international shipping rates are set as by zone? All I can find in the shipping manager is the USPS International Priority Mail but cannot find any of the specific settings of what the weights are set at.....please help.

You can find the weight by going to the 'Store' > 'Products' then click on the edit button

that's the weight of each product which we have set. What we are trying to find is where we can view what our international shipping rates and setting are configured to in the AllProWebTools console?
