Contact not found

Hi,

A contact replied and requested to unsubscribe her but when i try to remove her from any campaign, I can't find her details from the system.

contact to unsubscribe: [email protected]

I already tried searching using her name only, last name and/or company name but I still can't find her.

How do we go about this? Thanks

After looking into this, I found a CRMID#125069 in your database that has the same first name and domain name with the contact you've provided

Also I'm seeing that they've been sent an email yesterday.

It's possible that they have set up forwarding address for their email inbox from [email protected] to [email protected]
