People Cannot Pay for New Home Specialist Program & Make Payments

Hello,

I have someone who said he tried to pay his order online, and he gets an error that won't allow him to pay. See attachments. Something is happening with the invoicing.

I have another person who tried to sign up for the New Home Specialist program, and she received the same type of error saying she needed a shipping method or something similar.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

You will find a setting on the main menu when you choose "Store" -> "Shipping Manager". The page looks like this:

If you set the switch to green where it says "Do Not Display Shipping Options:"

This will allow your customers to make a purchase without requiring shipping.

I guess I'm a little confused. None of our settings should change even if there has been a version upgrade to AllProWebTools. How do the settings automatically change???
