Tagging leads by state

I get inquiries all across the nation. Right now each new inquiry is tagged "New Leads". Can I also get the state the inquiry is from tagged also.

For example, when I receive a new inquiry from New Jersey, can that inquiry be tagged under "New Lead" and "New Jersey"?

Trying to categorized them by state.
