setting up invoice header and template

I cannot get jpg. file to upload to get header to look right. Not sure what I am doing wrong I can email you file if needed to up load. really need this done asap. Was unaware I was sending ACME corp invoice headers. :( :?

I'm sorry to hear you sent out an invoice without updating the header image first, but we can make sure to take this taken care of.

When you upload an invoice header, sometimes your computer will cache the old image, which means it saves the old image and thinks it knows the correct image to display, even though you just tried to change it.

The best way to get around this:

1. Go to "Settings->Invoicing" to reopen the page.
2. Hold the shift key on your keyboard will you hit refresh.
3. If a message titled "Confirm Form Resubmission" appears, click Cancel and go back to step 1
4. If the image has not changed, try step 2 a few more times.
5. If the image still has not changed, you can either wait (it may take up to a day to change) or go to your support center and start a screenshare
