mailgun has been solid for us so far, and it's cheap

I tried to follow along your youtube video but it's too easy for you to fly by the details, none of the same windows appear in your video that appear when I log into Mailgun and you are talking to someone else in the background.

Please find another way of detailing this little job. And please define what they are asking for in all of this programming lingo. It makes no sense.

I apologize that the video is difficult to follow. Luckily, setting up Mailgun is something you only have to do once and not worry about again!

I'd be more than happy to help you set up your Mailgun account. All you have to do is go to the Support Center and either click on Chat Now or Start A Screenshare and I'll be able to work with you to get this finished!
