Is there a way to set up a certain product to a tag? For example: someone that purchases my Virutal Training can they automatically be tagged as "virtual training client"?

Sure! You can achieve this by creating a campaign that triggers with a "Product Purchase" and choosing the tag you wish for them to be tagged as, in this case "virtual training client".
