using the bootstrap items in the WYSIWYG editor

Hi John.
Is there a video showing me specifics on how to use the bootstrap table feature? If not, can you please explain to me what the template options do and when I should use them?
I want to create a list of businesses with their contact information. It seems simple enough, but I'd like to know the difference between the different options the bootstrap table template gives me.
