Spacing in email

Post by Gchild1730 »

My client, Colorado Tub Repair's email that I created, titled "Contractor Newsletter" has a large space between the header and the body of the email and I can't figure out how to delete it. It's only visible in the "preview" setting, not the "edit" setting. Please help?

It looks like you are using some HTML tables to layout your email. The table you are working with has some extra rows in it that are causing the spacing issue.

There are two ways to address this:

1. Someone skilled with HTML can edit the table in HTML and remove the extra rows.
2. You can create a new blank email and add a new table with just one column and just 4 rows.
  • The top row for the header
The 2nd row for the body
The 3rd row for the logo and duck picture
The 4th row for the yellow bar
Then you can just copy and paste the content and pictures from the old email to the new email.
