Is there a way to customize a contract through the CRM (using the first name, last name, and company fields), then send the customized contract to the client via an email campaign and a way for the client to check box or electronically sign that contract? I'd like to automate this process through APWT if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You can create a contract template and use the tokens: {FIRST} {LAST} {COMPANY} to auto-fill those fields in the email.

Our recommended solution for this is create an email template with a place for signature at the bottom. Your client can print it out, sign it, scan it (or take a picture with a smartphone) and then email it back to you. You can store the scanned copy of the signed document in your client's CRM record using either dropbox integration or google drive integration.

This will result in having all relative documents for that client readily accessible from their CRM screen.
