Changing How They Heard about Us Options

Hello,

Some of my options we initially listed as how they heard about us are really vague and I'd like to remove some of them. Is that an option?

The "How They Heard about Us" selection pulls from your "Marketing Sources". You can access this from your main menu by choosing:

"Marketing" -> "Marketing Sources"

Here you can see your list of Marketing Sources and you can add, edit and delete them.

Hey Dave,

When I select on the marketing source - it allows me to edit it - but I can't find where to delete the option entirely. Can you walk me through where to do that please?

You cannot delete a Marketing Source one it has been used on a CRM Record because then you would lose the information about how you found that client.
