Uploading aliases

Post by Andy1735 »

Just looking for clarity on Aliases. I have created a coupon called streamsend5 which is a 5% off coupon. I would like to use aliases for this that I create myself, and I would like each alias to only be able to be used once. So, does this mean I can have the coupon set to expire after one use? What format should the aliases I create be in? Does the CSV need any special format like a header? Thanks!

Yes, aliases MUST start with a capital letter "A" and can be no longer than 10 characters in length. The CSV is a single column with no header. The single column will have each of your coupon aliases - one per row.

Okay cool. I am correct in thinking that if I have the coupon set to expire after one use, each alias can only be used once?

Yes, you are correct about single use aliases.
