I just was assisted by I believe, Megan with an issue of a staff not being able to access the search button. The screen turns grey and he cant use the function, neither access support.

However the problem is still not fixed. He is upgraded to 4.63 and still having problems...please help. Thanks.

We spoke with Dylan and found that he is using a MacBook that is over 5 years old and the MacOS is several versions old. This is preventing his web browsers from updating to the latest version. His Firefox was on version 48 and the most recent version available is currently 58.

Keeping your web browsers up to date is an important step in keeping your computer and information safe while browsing the Internet. AllProWebTools requires the most recent web browser in order to work properly.

We have suggested to Dylan to upgrade his computer MacOS and web browsers to the latest available versions.
