hello,
Is there a way to set the shipping price per product? So like rather than use however it calculates shipping now, to set shipping price per product as a set price?
Also, is there a way to set like a 'variable' shipping option? So we have a client that wants to set shipping as $4 for the first order and then a smaller amount for any additional one ordered.

Re: Set Shipping Price Per product
When applying a shipping price per product, we recommend building the shipping cost right into the cost of the product.
If you have product A which you want to charge an additional $1 for shipping, you can up the product price by $1.
There are also a NUMBER of shipping option variations available when you go to "Store" -> "Shipping Manager". You can choose to use actual shipping costs by weight, or you can create tiered pricing based on weight or number of items. You can also create a flat rate shipping price. There is also an option to add a "handling charge" that is calculated per item, weight, or package.
Here are 2 video tutorials about this shipping options:
For offering discounted shipping, you can do this by using the coupon code system. You can create a coupon code that can be applied as a certain percentage or dollar amount off of a specific shipping option or all shipping options. This coupon code can be a single use code that is auto-generated to each user after their first purchase or it can be a group coupon that can be used over and over.

There are several options available to you, it really depends what you think will work best for you.
