DKIM settings changed or not valid

Post by Lfrailey173 »

Hi!
We received the following email saying our DKIM settings have changed and are no longer valid. We not made any changes to our DNS...the only change that happened today was we were upgraded from version 5.2 to 5.4. We already have a huge problem with our emails to our customers going into their spam folders...how do we fix this DKIM setting issue?

This is what the email said: Your DKIM settings have changed and are no longer valid. This is most likely caused by changes made to your DNS records. Login to your AllProWebTools console and check under SMTP Settings to try and Verify DNS to learn how to correct your DKIM settings. You can continue sending email messages through AllProWebTools, however until your DKIM is fully verified again, your messages are much more likely to be marked as spam.

We actually just received a second email saying real-noni is no longer valid as our sending domain? Realnoni.com is our sending domain...real-noni has no been used for a while.... the second email said this:

Your sending domain, real-noni.com is no longer valid. This is most likely caused by changes made to your DNS records. Login to your AllProWebTools console and check under SMTP Settings to try and Verify DNS to learn how to correct your sending domain and DNS records. You will not be able to send any messages from email addresses that end with "@real-noni.com" until your domain is verified and fully valid again.
