Missing Photo/Information from Member Directory on Web Site

A profile with photo and information previously was on the Member Directory for a particular person, and now the information has disappeared. I have gone into the "Sign In as a Buyer" and there are no options for this person to add a photo or accompanying information. Where did the information disappear to? (See attachments)

Also, on my personal account, there are words appearing on the left-hand side of the page. Have no idea what this jibberish is.

Your client is 14 days past due on their annual payment with you. You have the system configured to remove listings when your customers are no longer paying their annual dues.

How can we change this configurement? Where do I go? Some people are a few days past due; others are past due for a longer period, but we don't want their photo and contact information to disappear from our member directory.

On the last screenshot, how do I remove the brown lettering from the left-hand side of the contact page?

When they make their renewal payment, their directory listing is automatically restored.
If it is your intention to charge once and then they are listed forever, just change your product's "recur every" value to "Do not recur"
