Hello,
I am having some issues with an employees timecard. When she goes to clock in and out, it shows up on the dashboard but not on her actual timecard. She also has worked a 7 hour day, but the dashboard and her timecard does not reflect that. I attached screenshots of her timecard and dashboard.

Re: Timecard Troubles
The timecard is reflecting the times accurately according to the times entered by the employee. The record shows that the employee created 7 timecard entries with tomorrows date. Tomorrow has not yet happened, so it is unclear why the employee would be entering timecards for the future. The timecard entries are all dated as 3/9/2021 and today is 3/8/2021.
The timecard system is designed to automatically load the correct time when the page is opened. If the employee is not reloading the page before entering a new timecard, the time will not be updated automatically and will be more time consuming for the employee to manually edit the time and date (this is also more prone to data entry errors by the employee) For simplicity and accuracy, we recommend reloading the page before entering a new timecard.

Re: Timecard Troubles
This employee is in another time zone and is one day ahead of us. I watched her log her hours, it would show up on the dashboard but not on her timecard.

Re: Timecard Troubles
As was explained earlier, when the timecard screen is initially loaded, it will automatically be set to the correct time according to your company timezone. This may appear "incorrect" to your employee in another timezone, however, if they clock in and out without changing the time - everything will work correctly.
This is a known issue and is planned to be addressed in an upcoming version update, where the time will show according to the employees timezone instead of the company timezone.
