Offensive File in Builder Breakfast Folder

I still have an "offensive" file in my builder-breakfast folder. The bad file was removed in the Images and Folders, but there is still a file that is oversized in my builder-breakfast folder, and I cannot open the folder to view the images and files. Please remove the bad file or oversized file in this folder so I can open it. Thank you.
