What does the red "X" mean located on the side of a name, under contact ID on the Contact Management page?

Please provide a screenshot showing what you are referring to so we may assist you.

On the Contact Management page, under contact ID., under Primary email, next to one of my potential clients name I seen a red "X" I was wondering what it meant because it's not located next to any other name!
