Hello,
I had a new contact join as a new member this morning. Her email address shows that her email address is invalid and that she also unsubscribed. How do we have her re-subscribe using this same email address? She said she never unsubscribed, and she uses this email address all the time. I cannot find a video tutorial for this.
See attachment.
Thank you for your help.

Re: How Does a Contact Re-Subscribe?
When you see an email that looks like this
You can click on the email address to change it. You can put the number "2" at the end of the email like this:
Uncheck the box that says "unsubscribed" and then press the green check button to save and now it will look like this:
Now, this is not the persons email address, but we can see that the email is not longer marked as "invalid" with a red X. Click the email address again to change it again:
Now you can remove the "2" from the end of the email address and click the green check mark to save it:
Now you have the original email address and it is no longer marked as "invalid":
If you send a new email to this email address and it is undeliverable, the email will again become marked as "invalid". This is explained in more detail here: https://www.allprowebtools.com/Invalid- ... -are-they/
