Contact is Not Being Sent Email for "Reset Password"

We have a member who is trying to access the "members only" private website page. She has logged in and she does not see the "private tabs". She is not receiving any error messages when she logs in. I have sent her a "Reset Password" but she is not receiving any notification how to reset her password. Why is there no email or something to show her how to reset her password? And why can't she access our private website page? See file attached. Thank you.

Can you provide me the "Contact ID number" of the customer please?

The record you are referring to has not purchased a membership from your company - therefore, they are not a member and cannot see members only content.

You can view all the recent purchases from this person from their CRM page. Click on the WorkFlow TImeline filter that is a $. You will see that they have only purchased the "2021 Builder Breakfast Table"

This should be resolved now.

Also, it seems the "Forgot Password" email is not being sent out in a timely manner to people when they request this. How soon after the request is made that the email is sent? It seems like there is a delay. Please advise. Thank you.

AllProWebTools sends the email immediately. If there is a delay, please direct your inquiry to the company receiving the email such as: gmail, outlook, yahoo, aol, hotmail, comcast, etc. This will be the name that appears after the @ symbol.
