Account Not Found

I have a contact who is trying to log in to her account. The error message she receives is "Account Not Found."
This seems to be happening all too frequently with our members. Why is this happening.
The contact number is 5457.

We have found that this user has created multiple accounts as follows:

08/02/2021
11/17/2021
12/09/2021

It should not be possible to create multiple accounts. The system does not know which account to log this person into.

Can you provide insight into where this person is going on your website to create multiple accounts with the same email address?
Do these dates correspond to dates when contacts were imported into your account by CSV?
Did this person fill out a lead form multiple times?
Did this person make multiple purchases from your website?

We would like to prevent this in the future if we can be directed to what actions are causing it.

When this person became a new member, her email address was [email protected]. Then she had us change her email to: [email protected]. This was not a good email address, so we changed it to the current email address of: [email protected] (without the hyphen contained in the email address). These are the 3 changes that I can see that may have caused issues. She may have tried to log in using each of these different email addresses. The last email address is the good and most current email address.

So, we did not upload a CSV file at all. She did invite 2 or 3 people to an event we held back in December, so they registered. I'm not sure this would cause any problem. And no, this person does not make multiple purchases on our website.
