Moving Sections of Home Page on Website

Hello,

I would like to move two sections on the home page and switch places on the home page. Since this has to do with code and where to make the changes, I need assistance doing this. I have attached screenshots.

The videos and information in the gray section (the entire gray section needs to be moved) at the bottom of the home page need to be moved to where the "Membership/Joining" is in the area in black. Everything in the black section and the social media information need to be pushed to the bottom of the page. See attached screenshots.
